The video is of the start of Megan's race - she's somewhere in there! I enjoy seeing the kids take off in a big pack and it really added to the atmosphere to have the drumline playing.
There are 3 different courses in this race and the kids draw for the course. Megan got to run in the easy and didn't have to go through the mud pit. She placed in the front 1/2 of her race. She was happy with her performance and glad she didn't have to get all muddy this time. She's been dealing with allergies this week and not feeling top notch - but notice the smile on her face. I really appreciate her positive attitude in whatever she does.
Way to be, Meg!
